Joe Lee

Joe has extensive experience partnering with fast-paced startups and high-growth technology companies across the U.S., building hardware, software, engineering, and technical teams from individual contributors through VP-level leadership.
 

Having also served as Head of Talent for a high-growth technology company, Joe understands recruiting from both sides of the table. His experience goes beyond identifying great candidates—he understands how to build streamlined hiring processes, partner effectively with hiring managers, develop search strategies, and successfully move candidates from initial outreach through close.
 

Before his career in recruiting, Joe had a successful career in entertainment and dance. His accomplishments include winning America's Best Dance Crew with Quest Crew, earning an Emmy for choreography, breaking a world record for the longest choreographed dance marathon, and performing alongside some of the industry's leading artists.
